Withdrawal policy

This policy explains request methods, review, timing and the responsibilities that help a withdrawal proceed securely.

1. Purpose and agreement

Submitting a withdrawal means asking that available, eligible funds be sent to an approved destination. The request remains subject to account terms, verification and applicable law.

2. Available methods

Methods may include bank transfer, supported cards and PayPal. A digital-asset destination may be available only when specifically shown in the verified account and permitted by the provider.

3. Processing times

Typical windows range from within 24 hours for some wallets to one to five business days for bank or card settlement. Provider availability, weekends, verification and investigation can add time.

4. Fees and costs

Supported methods are listed as free from a Capital Asverix perspective. Banks, card networks, wallet providers or conversion services may apply charges outside our control.

5. Limits

Minimum and maximum amounts can depend on the method, available balance, provider rules and account status. The current limit is displayed before a request is confirmed where applicable.

6. KYC and AML review

Identity must be verified before certain withdrawals. Additional evidence about payment ownership, source of funds or account activity may be requested when required.

7. Delay or refusal

A mismatch in names, incomplete documents, suspected fraud, provider outage, unavailable balance, legal restriction or unresolved security concern can delay or prevent processing.

8. User responsibility

Users must enter complete and correct destination details. A transfer sent to an incorrectly supplied account or digital-asset address may be difficult or impossible to recover.

9. Cancellation or change

A pending request may be cancellable before it enters provider processing. Once released, changing the destination or amount is generally not possible.

10. Support

Send the request reference and a concise description to [email protected]. Initial responses are usually provided usually under one business hour during published hours.

11. Policy updates

This policy may change to reflect providers, security controls or law. The version published when a new request is submitted governs that request unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
